At Sunny Pointe, we provide much more than childcare. We offer a play-based early childhood education program that encourages children to learn through exploration, discovery, and hands-on experiences. We incorporate early literacy, math, science, music, and art into our daily activities while following the children’s interests. We also emphasize daily routines, social skills, independence, and outdoor exploration. Our goal is to help children develop a love of learning while building the confidence and skills they need for kindergarten and beyond.

Infants enter our program at 12 weeks and stay until 12 months.
3–12 months old
Young toddlers are busy explorers taking their first steps toward independence. Our program nurtures growing motor skills and curiosity through sensory play, simple songs, and gentle guidance in a warm, home-like setting.
12–18 months old
Older toddlers are confident movers and eager communicators. Our program builds on early skills with expanded language activities, group play, and increasing independence, all supported by consistent, caring teachers.
18–34 months old
Our play-based Preschool program is for children ages 2½ through 4, building early literacy, math, independence and friendships through themes, Learning Centers and meaningful play.
2½ – 4 years old
Our Pre-K and Young Fives program welcomes children beginning at age 4 and supports them through their final year before kindergarten, with a focus on independence, early academics, and kindergarten readiness.
4 years – school age
Summer Camp is offered for children between the ages of 3 years to 6 years beginning the second week of June through the last week in August.
3–6 years oldChildren learn best by doing. Our program balances teacher-guided lessons with child-directed discovery, so children learn to plan, think and solve problems on their own. We meet each child where they are and guide them to the next step.
Parents stay connected throughout the day through the Brightwheel app, with photos, short videos, teacher feedback, announcements and updates, and a direct line to ask questions about their child’s day.
We are also proud to offer Japanese-speaking teachers, helping create a warm and welcoming experience for Japanese-speaking families.
