Sunny Pointe Child Care provides a quality child care experience in a comfortable, familiar, home-like setting.
Our program reflects the belief that learning takes place primarily through exploratory activities and discovery. The amount of adult guidance varies with each activity, as it is our belief that a good program offers both directed and non-directed experiences, encouraging your child to plan and think about their actions.
Each room provides a child-centered environment with a wide range of materials and developmentally appropriate activities, which allow your child to create, manipulate, explore, and discover according to their particular and unique interests. Each child is valued and recognized as a unique individual with a large capacity for growth and development.

We provide a curriculum specifically developed for your son or daughter’s age and level of development.
Each learning group is kept at a small size. Child to staff ratios are low, which ensures your child will receive individual attention each day.
Each staff member is well trained to be prepared, professional and courteous.
Each teacher holds a degree in Early Childhood Education.
Each learning environment is well-equipped with features that foster decision-making and encourage interaction and involvement.
Our outdoor areas encourage active play, sensory experiences and discovery with a variety of elements including sand, water, plants and flowers.
An optional hot lunch service gives you a choice of ordering daily, occasionally, or bringing a lunch from home for your child. You choose what is most convenient for you and your family.
Children receive a true multi-cultural experience from the children and educators at Sunny Pointe who represent a total of 9 different countries throughout the world.
Classes are available in Gymnastics and Music in addition to the variety of classes already offered in your child’s curriculum.
In-house field trips to support weekly themes such as The Music Lady, Niner Puppeteers, Andy’s Railroad, and Sports.
Sunny Pointe is licensed by the state of Michigan and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, (NAEYC).
